The way I have decided to combat this condition was using my own advice above and seeking professional help. Once treatments were becoming ineffective I decided to take the matters into my own hands and trying various OTC products in varying combinations. This was not done blindly, I did significant research before making my own concoctions.

I am allergic to nickel and just learned that most of the food i eat regularly is high in nickel. On an elimination right now by going carnivore for one month before reintroducing other foods back in and thinking I should focus on low nickel and see if it makes a diffence. My functional medicine doctor insists seborrhea is related to gut issues like food sensitivities and/or leaky gut.
