You are very correct, I do think having allergies all your life and getting older makes it harder for our immune system to fight off things. So remember take your supplements and eat a good balanced diet.

I have a long list of allergies including detergents, dish washing soap, face wash, hair products, metals, etc. perfumes, lotions, body wash, etc. I do recommend an allergy test. The three days you have to wear the patches really get itchy.

Seborrheic dermatitis (SD) itself doesn't compromise your immune system, but it can be more severe in individuals with weakened immunity, such as those with HIV/AIDS. Topical treatments, especially corticosteroids, can have side effects if used long-term, including skin thinning and increased susceptibility to infections. It's important to use these treatments as directed and discuss any concerns with your doctor.

For managing SD:
- Use gentle moisturizers and cleansers.
- Avoid long-term use of strong topical treatments.
- Monitor for any adverse effects and consult your healthcare provider.

Hey MaryM. How's it goin'? TGIF😃I think everybody starts having some sort of Food Sensitivities as they age. What I have found is that when We get deeper into this Experience with this Condition, there are more Opportunities to use more Products that claim to fix it... keeping that in mind, there are Products out there that really are designed and formulated with Us in mind, yep. So be careful whatever U try.♡
