Oh yeah. When I eat what aggravates my system, knowingly, I then get a bad reaction, which is a flare-up on my scalp etc. I admit, I sometimes have a weak moment. I'm doing better though. For me, it's chocolate, pastries, Italian sauces, ice cream (dairy) and spices. Oh, and my favorite, champagne.
