Maybe an natural remedy would work. I'm not for sure. I'm going to try some things

Michael it’s hard to guess. My personal experience has been with lots of products and anti fungal prescriptions. I had this in 2013 and the only difference in treatment is the steroids. I had both shot and pills of steroid the first time but not this time. Each one of us are different. Some of us have autoimmune disorders and the treatments take longer. Talk and work with your doctors about the treatment plan. We come to this group for support and discussing treatment we have experienced. My dermatologist said I
Can’t tell you how long or if these treatments work, it will take time.
One thing to remember try not to stress because that makes it worse and over heating - sweating will too. I see you live in a cool climate so winter is coming on. Drink lots of water and drink good water that has been filtered and no chlorine or chemicals. Look at your diet and find the recommended foods and supplements.
I’ve been dealing with mine since the first of the year and can’t seem to get rid of it, but cut out sweets and bread if you can.
