Yes, it's in my ears, on my nose by my eye. I think in my nose, and on other parts of my body. :(

I'm a male 77 years old and I have always had beautiful skin until 1 1/2 years ago when I started having this issue in my ears, face, and scalp I never had pimples growing up in my teens the first time I shaved I was 22 years old I'm overwhelmed with this disease at my golden years I use Clobetasol Propionate cream for my ears inside and behind my ears and on my face I use Coconut Oil from Amazon.

My pharmacist told me to make sure my ears were good and dry after I got out of the shower so I dry them with a hair dryer on low setting. I am not sure if this makes it worse or is helping. I wear wigs as I have severe hairloss and last night I slept with a cotton cap on. There again, I am not sure if this helps. I see a new dermatologist in April as my other dermatologist just treated it with a flippant attitude and like I was making a big deal out of it. UPDATE: I saw a new (to me) dermatologist Monday. He prescribed a rx eardrop for me to use 2x a day as my seborrheic dermatitis is now in my ear canal. As my pharmacy didn't have the eardrop on hand and had to order so I couldn't begin the treatment until Tuesday afternoon. My husband said my ear looked "normal" this am. It does alleviate the itching. It's rather expensive as my insurance wouldn't pay and it's almost $40 for a small bottle. The dermatologist also did a fungal biopsy, but it will probably be a couple of weeks before I hear from that. The dermatologist said "no" to using a hairdryer after I showered to dry my ears. Will try to update if I do have a fungal infection.
