Hi Elizabeth, welcome to the SebDerm social website, we're glad you j. It sounds like you have multiple problems going on. One thing I would suggest is that stress might be related to your symptoms. I have stress/anxiety, and it is a big part of my SebDerm problem. I see an internal medicine doctor for medication. When I get stressed out, I get an itchy, flaky scalp, eyelids, chin, and ears. Then, I see a dermatologist for the SebDerm. She recommends 1% cortisone cream for breakouts and it works pretty well. I rotate 3 different shampoos which are more effective than using one. I hope you feel better soon. There are many articles on this site that address stress etc and also there's lots of info on SebDerm. Good Luck!
