I don't use thet med you use, althoughI have SebDerm on and around my ears also. I use Cortisone 1% cream and I have no problem it; no pain. I've used it for 50 years and it's all I use. I use it on my scalp also, and on my face when I have a lare-up. My skin has thinned and I have some broken blood vessels though. Hopefully, there's something else for you to use. Good Luck! ☺️
