Stress and Seborrheic Dermatitis: What’s the Connection? Read Article...
A MySebDermTeam Member

When I get stressed, I often turn to working in my journals. The main book is about the day I am having and things I am experiencing, also newspaper clippings and photos. Another journal is pictures and words I can relate with, arranging them on pages. Latest book is putting nature in a page, like leaves, esp last years leaves that are interesting, the leaves I find that have designs woven in I find fascinating, cut out words or pictures. Two of my friends meet once a week to do this, too.
