I seem to be very OCD about anything on my body, so I used to constantly scratch. Now my hydrocortisone 2.5% really helps!

I had so much flaking on my scalp, forehead, cheeks and ears. Along with “acne” (fungal acne is not the same as acne) I cut all the products that feed malassezia yeast..lotions, oils, shampoos..and have seen seen an improvement. Almost everything I was using had at least one ingredient that was feeding those little bugs

I mostly use Bond for Diabetics. It is thickish and really makes a difference on my flaky, so so so flaky legs. I think I'm going to start wearing knee high sox over the Bond cream. I can't shave my legs any more, it's too painful. I have very little hair left. I'll cut it off with a tiny little scissors if I have to! What do you all do about this?🤔

I have flakier skin in the winter time, I try to use a moisture conditioner and started using a scalp scrub my cousin recommended for me to try.
