Coping is a process because this is a chronic condition that can change over time. What has helped me most has been realizing what I just said above and trying to treat the condition a day at a time, not looking for a "cure," and continuing to work on not letting seborrheic dermatitis define me as a person.

But also, continuing to read new information about seborrheic dermatitis and try new treatments when appropriate.
