I have not had it that bad in a while. But if I don't wash my hair for three or four days, that is exactly what happens.

There are many articles about scalp SD. I have scalp SebDerm too. It can get very itchy like you are experiencing. I would first ask the dermatologist or GP to take a look at your scalp. They will assess it quickly and provide you with a prescription or recommend an over the counter product. All scalp problems are not alike. For itching, I use BEKYND cream that is a pre shampoo product. Before shampooing, you put the cream on a wet head and wait 8-10 minutes and then shampoo out twice. I only use it every 8 days or so. It helped right away, but I still have some itching. Itching until it bleeds can cause an infection on your scalp, so please be careful. I've tried putting extra hot water on a towel that helps in an emergency, but it's better to see a Doctor and get diagnosed. I hope you better soon.

It's not stress or anything different. I have 7 children, 13 Grandchildren & 3 Great Grandchildren. I'm thankful it waited 65 years to appear for no reason.

Not now. Thankful for hair toppers with bangs so I don't look like a freak. Plus after covid ended I have lost 60lbs. 5'5" 120. It helps with my physical therapy
