Hi, I just started using BEKYND pre shampoo lotion/cream. You put it on and massage your scalp for 5-10 minutes, rinse it out with warm water, and proceed with your SD shampoo. I recommend shampooing it twice. Also, your shampoos become more effective if you rotate 3 different ones. I hope this helps. If you are interested, you can find it online. ☘️

- Refrigerate Creams: Chilling hydrocortisone cream and other topical products before use can provide extra relief.
- Cool, Wet Cloth: Applying a cool, wet cloth to the affected areas can help.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse: This can calm an itchy scalp.
- Rotate Dandruff Shampoos: Using at least two different dandruff shampoos can improve effectiveness.
- Cold Water Rinse: Rinsing your skin with cold water at the end of every shower can help.
- Over-the-Counter Corticosteroid Creams: Creams containing desonide, fluocinolone, or hydrocortisone can be beneficial.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before trying new treatments.
