I take a shower 2 times a week so my skin and scalp do not not get to dry and itch. In between showers I take a sponge bath with CeraVe special wash for sensitive skin. Hopefully this might help 😉

The American Academy of Dermatology advises showering often and gently washing your face twice a day, followed by rinsing thoroughly and moisturizing. This helps manage seborrheic dermatitis without excessively stripping natural oils from the skin. If you have specific concerns, it's best to consult with a dermatologist.

I shower every night, but try to use lukewarm water instead of hot water. I try to limit my showers to 10 minutes. I dry my ears very thoroughly after my shower. I try to use every precaution that I know, but yesterday both ears were infected.

Thank you Vicky. I have also used Cereva, but in the lotion form. I didn't realize it came in a wash
