About 6 Months Ago I Quit Taking My Vitamins And Minerals.
I quit taking them because I felt there might be something in them that was triggering my SD. They were organic, but still there are many parts to a vitamin. Anyone out there in SD Land ever researched this or was told by a doctor to not take vitamins?
Thank you, you have a great one too!
Also, sugar makes sense to me, since it's a yeast issue.
Sugar does not work for me either. I Don't know if it affects my SD but it probably does. If I cheat and have even a handful of chocolate chips or a cookie, I'm gonna regret it. I had 1/2 of a plain pumpkin scone that was not very sweet at all, and it bothered me. I also think wheat is part of my problem. It doesn't show up in allergy testing though. I have to be very careful. No fun. Anything we put in our bodies can affect SD. The sun really bothers my scalp, and most hair products don't work out. I have a very dry scalp and skin. Holidays are tough, especially if I'm itching a lot. I hope you have a nice Thanksgiving despite your SD issues. Get better!💐
No but I think sugar aggravates mine, though I don't find that anywhere.
Has Anyone Had Hair Loss (shedding) Because Of Seborrhia Dermatitis?
I've Lost A Lot Of Hair Over The Last Two Months. This Is About When I Noticed Pretty Severe Itching. I Saw My Derm For Antifungal Shampoo.
