Danny, I don’t know. I’ve never applied for one. If you go on the website I believe there is an application.

Find a clinic that participating in clinical trials in your area. You can ask your dermatologist if they know who has that particular clinical trial.
I don’t know if they pay you for it. I think you might get free products, but not sure.
