Mary, do you of a good one to put in your hair? I get itchy skin all over but my scalp is the worrisome. I don't put cream in my hair because of the greasiness and want something to control the itchiness, burning and dandruff. What is a safe cream over the counter to put in your hair that I could shampoo out possibly after a couple hours and the greasiness would come out?

Shannon, I don’t know. My experience has been inflammatory on my face and scalp. Hydrocortisone is a good anti inflammatory cream over the counter.

I don't know why it is but my dermatitis gets really bad when I get really stressed out.. keeping stress under control is a understatement so I guess I'll always need a prescription medicine.. When I was young drs said I had a allergy to milk bc I'd break out everywhere. My mom took me to a skin specialist and it was confirmed it was dermatitis..
