Hi PatriciaB. You could try getting tested for Allergies. A bit costly but it's a good Investment for Our Better Health now & in the Future.🙂

Not really. I'm a healthy eater anyway. I have been staying away from yeast since research shows that seborrheic dermatitis is an overproduction of a specific type of yeast.

Yes, diet does help, how much We eat during meal time also may be Suspect.
I think this may have to do with some form of ....energy.
