Hi Karen, Im sorry for taking so long to respond. There are a couple products that I use frequently and are never mention.
They are for me a way to limit my use of topical cortisone. Both products come in the form of gel.
The first is SALICYLIX SF 12. Similar to CERAVE cream, but with a higher content of salicylic acid (12%). CERAVE HAS 3%. I use Salicylic for defined small areas, and Cerave for more extended areas.
The other is DUODERM HYDROACTIVE GEL.This one I just discovered, and I was immediately impressed by its efficacy: I use it with Mupirocin in a light massage of lthe target area. Great results! It loosens the underlying sebum in seconds.
Let me know if any of it works out for you?!
