Went to primary. Went to dermatologist. They want to treat with meds but they can't tell me what it is. Any suggestions?

I did write you a post but I lost it so here it goes again I even have pathology reports that say maybe this or that and they leave it to your dermatologist to tell you what you have but mine is confusing me even more so I may have to search for another dermatologist so all I can say is keep pursuing so you will know for sure what you have and that will lessen the stress

Hi Dawn.. that sounds like my situation... I have mentioned this to a few other members but I use hypochlorous acid spray on my skin to help with the itching I first heard about it from my ophthalmologist and I checked it out online there is a lot of information and companies I researched several and found one I like called briotech but because of shipping I ordered from Amazon.. briotech has a website you can order from and also another one called briotech global with information on their product... Let me know what you think

Linda, thanks for responding. Yea I had skin biopsy of 2 places on my scalp and allergy testing on my back. Pretty much came up with nothing. I am waiting to see if this infra red light thing the dermatologist is doing helps me. I use zinc soap and that is the only thing that does help the itching. My scalp shows nothing except that I think my skin has thickened on my scalp. And I think I am losing my hair. Probably dry too as I am dry all over! In this humid weather when I sweat, it makes it worse. I will keep researching and thanks for the advice.

- Conduct a Physical Exam: They will examine your skin closely.
- Perform a Skin Biopsy: This involves taking a small sample of your skin to look at it under a microscope.
