Colloidal silver oatmeal cream and bath, colloidal silver in water form to use exterior not internal, iodine, zinc ointment, cold bags, antihistamine, cortisone cream and a natural unscented soap, the scalp I use anything with apple cider vinegar or the usual t gel etc. Don't use hot water and use moisturizer after shower. Stop eating bad sugars, fats and grease and eat healthy. Try some natural things ginger, fish oil, avoid over watching yourself, dress appropriately for the season, clean bed sheets more often, use natural dye free laundry detergent. Know what you're allergic too. 💪🏽

I use Cetaphil for my day and night facial moisturizer. I cleanse with a wash from a company called Your Skin. They specialize in Acne, but some of their products work very well for my skin. I also use a prescription Sulfur wash, gel, and ointment at night.

CeraVe products are helping with facial and around ears. Also use Aveeno products. Hair found Bare shampoo by Head & shoulders with a switch of shampoos for oil hair. Going to try Nutrofol shampoo and conditioner will let you know the outcome. I am finding that diet and fragrant free products is key on my control over all.
