warm Epsom salt baths help me and reading. i got put on xanax and then i ran out for a few days and went through horrible withdrawals, going to get off it, before it gets worse. Be careful how you handle it. I find that if i am not getting my energy out in the day, it builds up and is much worse, if i wear myself out, i sleep great.

Be careful with some of herbs etc not that they are bad but they can be tricky for some people because of allergies to the herb itself.
Antihistamines seems to dry my skin out more, my skin doc laughs and says “what do you expect?its made to dry skin out and it doesn’t know what skin it is supposed to dry out!?!” Try a sleep routine.- easier said the done I know - effective if you work at it and that’ll help good 💤
