castor oil works great, thin layer, leave on all night and then rinse out with vinegar and water. Also, coconut oil, day or night. If it starts falling out, you need a steroid shot in the head and blue light treatment. Also, vit D3 and sun. some recent studies say D3 is actually looking like a cure.
