I have used henna on my hair to thicken it up and enhance the color I was born with but with all of the chemicals Im using on my scalp it doesn't last very long. If hydrogen peroxide kills this then a higher percentage of developers made of hydrogen peroxide might kill it. For individuals with seborrheic dermatitis on the scalp, there are some considerations to keep in mind when coloring hair:

- Tar Shampoos: These are often recommended for treating seborrheic dermatitis but can discolor hair that has been bleached, lightened, or tinted.
- Antifungal Treatments: Treatments like ketoconazole can dry out curly or chemically treated hair. It's advisable to use such treatments only once a week with a moisturizing conditioner.
- Medicated Shampoos: Typically used two to three times per week, but many people do not wash their hair that frequently.

It's best to consult with a dermatologist to tailor the treatment plan to your specific needs and hair care routine.
