Hey @A MySebDermTeam Member - there is currently no cure for sebderm, but there are different ways to manage it so it doesn't impact you as much. For me, stress is a huge trigger. Anytime I am stressed out, I flare-up. So throughout the years, I have learned the power of journaling, meditating, walking outside and doing things that bring peace into my life.
