Hi. Hopefully, you will get a response to your request for a dermatologist in your city. As I may have written in my personal story for this site, I received my diagnosis of Alopecia Areata (AA) and Seborrheic Dermatitis in/around May 2022. After some research, I was fortunate to learn about the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF). They provide a variety of resources for people living with this condition including an online doctor finder of board-certified dermatologists with experience in AA (link below). Maybe you can use the NAAF list to contact one of the doctors closest to you and see if they have any expertise with Hyper Cystic Keratosis and Seborrheic Dermatitis.
