Hi, I use Dove Deep Moisture. It is fairly thick for soap, and creates a barrier on your skin. I have ultra dry skin with psoriasis and it flakes and itches from SebDerm. I think it has helped. It is inexpensive and it comes in a large container. Worth a try.🌹

I use ivory, works the best for me.
